"Passiflora" Featured in 2026 Publication
The Summer 2026 edition of The Best of Watercolor: Winners of the Splash 27 Art Competition features "Passiflora," a watercolor painting by Mississippi artist Brent Funderburk.
Published annually by Artists Magazine and American Artist, Splash presents 150 paintings by more than 100 internationally selected artists, celebrating "the creative potential of watermedia."
This marks the eighth consecutive edition of The Best of Watercolor in which Funderburk's work has been selected for inclusion by the competition's jurors. The Splash 27 Juror of Awards is Chris Krupinski.
